Voluntary inspection trip

Thank you for being aware of your responsibilities in road traffic and taking them to heart.

When talking to family members, friends or colleagues, the question often arises as to whether your own driving skills are still sufficient to safely participate in road traffic. The easiest way to answer this question is with a non-binding inspection trip.

Sequence

The inspection drive with preliminary and debriefing lasts approx. 120 minutes and costs CHF 200. You are welcome to complete it in your own vehicle.

Preliminary meeting

• We will meet at the agreed date at the DiniFahrschuel restaurant, Bahnhofstrasse 28, in 4106 Therwil.
• Here we will, if not already discussed by telephone in advance, discuss your expectations of the inspection trip, go through the process and answer any questions you may have.
• You can also indicate whether you always drive more or less the same routes or whether you avoid certain situations such as city driving, highway driving, etc.
• You can complete the inspection drive in your own car.

Check trip

• The inspection trip starts at the DiniFahrschuel in Therwil.
• Based on your information, I will drive with you on a route that will take approximately 50 to 60 minutes.
• There is the possibility to take a break whenever you want.
• The inspection trip ends at the DiniFahrschuel in Therwil.
  

Final meeting

• Immediately after your inspection trip, we will discuss this together.
• I will honestly show you where your strengths and weaknesses were and give you suggestions for improvement.
• You will then receive a report from me about the inspection trip.

Note

The voluntary test drive allows you to professionally and neutrally assess your current driving skills. The results will not be forwarded or made available to third parties. You will not lose your driver's license if you receive an unsatisfactory assessment. This is not my job.
